Step 3: Notification and Collection

Our team ensures seamless communication with residents by sending two text notifications: one upon arrival and another upon departure. This keeps everyone informed about the service's timing and progress.

- Once the arrival notification is sent, residents can place their bins outside their doors for collection.

- Our collection staff makes multiple trips around the property to ensure every resident’s trash is picked up.

- After receiving the departure notification, residents can simply bring their bins back inside and wait for the next scheduled service.
